Or did Dellienware pull a fast one on me?
I thought they were legitamite Core i7s
i ran cpuZ & Core Temp & I get conflicting reports.

I Love my new M17x but i want t get exactly what I paid for.
was I just misinformed before I purchased?

It does say Core I7 Q720 under Specification but the red Circled i5s are making me nervous

    observe...

Looks like you have an old version of CPUZ.
edit: then again, I tried out Core Temp, and mine show up as i7. Beats me.

Probably just the program. Upgrade it or try HWiNFO32

Yea, looks like you have an out dated version of CPU-Z. Get the new version. That should help.

Same reason. Get a new version of core temp and run it. It should come back i7
