    Hey everyone,
I was just wondering what model number that 2.3 Ghz process is in the area 51 m9750. It looks like these processors are fairly cheap off ebay, and I was considering buying one assuming mine comes back from repair working. The two models I'm looking at are SL9SD and SL9SJ.

    Thanks,
    Gabe

    Hi,
Both of the model numbers I listed are T7600s...... I guess there's a slight difference between the two.

    Thanks,
    Gabe

    Hi Everyone,
After some research, and the valueable input from an ebay member, the correct 2.3Ghz processor is the SL9SD. So if you've removed your secondary video card before, you are capable of upgrading your processor on your own. These processors go for a little over $400 dollars on ebay. That's pretty good savings.

    Thanks,
    Gabe

I assume everyone knew I was talking about the 2.33 ghz.... there's not many choices. Anyways, for those that want to spend the money, it's better than cashing out the whole 700.
