This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Hey everyone,
    I just wanted to keep everyone up to date on what Alienware is doing for me........or maybe it's the other way around....... Anyway, according to my tracking number, Alienware received my 14 day old lemon today. If you have no idea what I'm talking about, just read all my other posts.
    I'm not sure they can do much for me, but I remain hopeful. I'm still not budging on that $400 restocking fee......
