I am looking to get a wireless back up HDD that I can keep in a closet somewhere. It would need to be wireless for that to happen.

Anyone knows of any good brand or good HDD that would serve that purpose.

Does Dell/Alienware even make such a thing?

You'll need to search for 'Wireless Network Storage'. D-Link, Lynksys, Netgear and others have products that fall into this category. I would stay away from anything Dell has along these lines. Its going to be way overpriced.
