    Best "new" driver for 9800 SLI in a Gen 1 M17x?

    Good Morning gents. IVe got a gen 1 M17x and I am wondering what is the best of the latest drivers for the 9800 gts. Can some one please point me in the correct direction via a link. Thank you, and Merry Christmas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Thank you for the information. I was able to download the driver directly from NVIDIA with out having to mod it. I was able to bump up the AA in Need for speed shift and Resident evil 5.

    I ran the bench mark tool that R5 has and I got an increase of 7FPS (56FPS) over the 182 driver. This was ran AFTER I changed the shadows setting to high, turned on V sync and set the AA to 2. The resolution is native, and all other settings are high. With out those changes obviously it would have generated an even higher FPS.

    Great driver AND the computer does not crash now if I turn off my LCD while the computer is connected to it (old 182 driver problem)

    The 9800s are alive and well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
