    Hi there
Just bought Far Cry 2 for my M15x and it tells me that my drivers are too old....i currently have the 175.80 beta from the alienware site...i can only play the game in direct x 9 as the image is all distorted and funny colours in direct x 10 - what is the best driver for me....that also won't cause any other problems such as over-heating etc... Thanks Harry

    I'd recommend Dox's 180.44 drivers.

Do these drivers do what earlier ones did and cause the system to downclock? I remember this was a problem with Drivers that weren't used through alienware.

Nope, I've used both. If you happen to experience issues, you can also try the 177.92, 177.98 or 179.13 drivers. I've used all of those in addition to 180.43 and 180.44.
