    Hi guys,

    I had to start a thread just to let you in on something Ive come across for cleaning my M17 as I think its unbeatable.
    Its called the E-cloth, and believe it or not uses no chemicals at all. The fibres in the 2 cloths are so good that they can clean as good as any chemicals without risking staining your LCD screen or keyboard.
    One of the cloths(green) is similat to a towel in its appearance and feel and this one you make damp with a little warm water(obviously just damp and not dripping) and you wipe the PC/TV down with this. Then with the second cloth(blue) you buff it up, and it really is amazing how good the PC/TV looks after...just like new.
    I used to work for a loudspeaker company making some of the finest speakers in the world and we used to use chemicals to add that "new finish" to the speakers but these cloths do the same thing with just water.
    They are not cheap, I think mine cost around £6 or £7 which is around $10 but I think money well spent. They are meant to clean a whole array of things but the sound and vision shop where I bought mine use it to clean their LCD TVs. I was going to buy one of those square hard sponge type things for £!5 to clean my M17 and the lady who works in the shop said dont buy it...they scratch the screen, just buy one of these E-cloths. She was right and its served me well ever since. I find my M17 picks up dust and finger- prints quite easily as do most PCs and TVs.

    Here is the link to the E-cloths homepage;

    http://www.e-cloth.com/

    and this is the page you want under "screen and lens"
    http://www.e-cloth.com/products/screen-and-lens/

    (they appear to cost more on-line)

    I dont know whether its available in the US but its got celebrity backing of Gordon Ramseys mate Anthony Worral Thomson.

    If you guys have any other methods of cleaning your PC then please share. I love it when I have just cleaned my M17 and it looks like Ive just taken it out of the box.

    regards,

    Anthony.

    You will love it mate! I promise. It cleans your PC just the same as those expensive chemicals I used to use at work on loudspeakers.
    It has something to do with the design of the fibres.

    Im sure you will be very happy with it Kanuni.

    Ah Kanuni....My E-cloth must have cost less because I just have the 2 cloths and not that new spray that comes with the cloth now. It says its specifically for sensitive screens....I think we can call our M17 screens "sensitive" lol
