I know its not the real reading because i just turned the laptop on, and it is cold as ice lol, all the tempratures are low so i know its just the reading.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
    Is it the bios update?
    Any advice?
    Has anyone else experienced this?

    M15x fully loaded.

It's a known issue. Everyone that updates to x36 has the same problem, and as far as I know, it can't be fixed. Doesn't really matter though as it's just a software glitch.
