    IM from brazil and my alienware is giving me a lot of anger , ok . i dont know what is , but he always reset , or freezy the system , the cooler stops from nothing , i have the 2.01 bios i wanna know what to do with this becouse i wanna sell my laptop for this problems , if someone has the last bios from alienware m5500 post for me plix , i really need this thing , is my last try .
    is a amazing laptop but i cant download anything from him , i dont have numbers from alienware site for download all that stuff , and doesnt have anything from bios there , if someone has this thing send to me plix .
    Im freaking out .
    and sorry if u guys dont understand my english , i dont speak english very well .

    I have had a m5500 since it came out and have never had any problem. I have never changed any of the drivers or Bios, lucky I guess.

    The phone number for Alienware support is 1-866-287-6727. I think they speak spanish as well as english.

    someone can bring me the bios update from alienware m5500 :
    i dont have the numbers for''vip acess'' from alienware website, i just need the bios becouse my system always freezy when i pluged in ac . and the cooler does not work right , only work when he want . but ok
    if someone help me , i apreciate
