    Black m15x confirmation...

    I just got off the phone from AW tech support. I called to order a smartbay and to have them send me a new keyboard for my broken one. When i told her i wanted a smartbay battery she asked me if i wanted black or silver for the smartbay battery. I told her that i thought they only came in silver and she said, "oh, right, sorry i just saw the two options on my screen." Black m15x confirmation anyone?

    That's very interesting. If it's making it's way into the inventory system, that could possibly mean that it's in the works.

    heres what i posted a while back:

    expect it within a couple of weeks, probably between july 2-5 .... ofcourse this may be false, but employees at AW are being told theyrs gonna be something new between those days .. it wouldnt be fair to my sources if i said anything more... theyr bound by the nda

    it will be put on sale on the 2-5th of july apparently.. the m17x does not support the smart bay does it.. thats the only other reason i could think they could ask..

    i cant wait i've waited so long for black gosh i hope its soon ^_^

    looks like its finally going to happen and my laptop can reflect the color of my cold dead heart.

    I wouldn't mind having black myself, but I'm just happy to have gotten the opportunity to own an m15x at all.

    They had a black version back in March also, at least an inventory piece labeled as such because I was ordering one for my Ripley back then. I really doubt they'll have a black m15x. That would make 3 versions of the same laptop which just seems improbable.
