    I recently reinstalled Windows 7 after having a terrible experience with Windows 8. I was able to successfully get everything back except the dvd-blu-ray software that allowed me to watch my movies. How would I go to get that back as the software is not on the disc provided to me by Alienware or on their website. If there is no way to recover that program, do you folks recommend one that is either free or paid? Thanks.

    Google my dell downloads. That will give you the original software.

    I tried, but it won't let me register my computer. I click install and it installs the scan thing, but then nothing happens.

    Nevermind, I closed, then reopened IE and it worked. Downloaded the files. Thanks so much for your help!!
