    The 5 key on the numpad already came off my new m17 what should I do.

    Phone them ... normaly they will send you a new keyboard and tell you on the phone how to replace it :)

    dont use any equations or anything that requires the use of the number 5....

    but really, phone em asap...they should offer a replacement as JN said.

    call or email roswell and they will send you a keyboard usually that day or the next day for free and show you the guide to replace it

    Call roswell, my "Y" key popped off couple of weeks before and they sent me a new keyboard.
