    Building new i7 based M17x....opinions

    Hi,

    I'm returning my M17x i received on Friday last week and ordering a new I7 system.

    My current system has 2 x 500gb raid 0. I'm considering the 128gb ssd from alienware. They will only tell me that they are dell branded. So it doesnt sound like its going to be the Intel g25 (g2?). If you have the SSD is the dell version really worth it over the 2 x 500gb raid 0 setup?

    Specs: I7 820, 4gb ddr3, (No sure about HD setup), 2 x 4870's CF, dvdrw.

    2 separate dell reps both said no bluray, (home and business) and they also wont apply the EPP program i'm entitled to. They say i have to buy it off the epp site.

    Raid0 is faster i believe. I dont know when they are adding it to the EPP site, soon i would home.

    And as another poster pointed out i was offered the same 50 bucks off + expedited shipping...yay.....or not.
