    would it be possible for me to do this? although i think ill be happy with my laptop when i get it, i just wanted to know if i have the option to return it from the eu where i will be going after picking it up.

    If im stuck with a multi thousand dollar pc that has crap quality i want to have the option to return it.

    I can't say I know AW's specific policies, but most companies (especially in electronics) do not allow you to return a product on warranty in one region if you bought it in another. If noone else knows the specific answer to this I would recommend contacting AW.
