    Buy the M11x now or wait till summer?

    I mainly need the M11x for college, which i'll be starting this September but since I have the money right now I was thinking about getting it a little early. The only thing that's stoping me are some rumours I have heard of the refresh models coming with better CPUs around summer. So my main question is there a good chance of the M11x with a better CPU coming this summer or should I just get it now?

    Just get it now and enjoy it. If you listen to all the rumors, and wait, you'll never buy a laptop. Plus if you want a new CPU, you can just sell your M11X and buy a new one. Now you have all summer to get your M11X setup, enjoy games ect.

    How much patience do you have? If you can wait until summer then more power for you, but if you could care less about the processor, or are itching for a cheap gaming laptop then order now!

    Besides in the summer there tends to be a huge amount of coupons floating around to take advantage of. The only downside to waiting for summer to buy is that the upgraded chips can drive the price of the M11x up.

    There will not be a refresh in 3 months. This laptop just came out. There may possibly be one in 6 months but then there might not. It will happen one day for sure but no one knows when it will. And if it happens, who knows if they will just keep going higher up on the Core2Duo chain or if they will put in a i3/i5/i7.

    If you can wait, just wait till July/August or at least until there is a decent enough price through the stacking of Dell coupons.
