    Good afternoon all,

I ve got an issue with my M15X : i purchased it more than 1 year ago with T9300 CPU, and i purchased a X9000 3 days ago. However, after having installed my brand new CPU, i had a blue screen error...

As i change my CPU for a new kindd of CPU, i think i have to configure correctly the motherboard (jumpers...) but i don't know waht to do and Alienware support don't want to provide me some indications...

    Can anyone help me?

    Thanks in advance

There are no jumpers on a laptop mobo.

Did you put your old processor back in to see if it was the new processor?

    Hi sleey0,

Yes, i put my T9300 back and the it work perfectly (i have still it in my laptop)! If it's not a question of jumpers, do you know if i had something to do in particular for the new CPU?
