the temperatures weren't in idle but even not in full charge. a medium point between them.... it usually is around 43-44 while it is in idle with everest.

I have this problem too on my E6400. Like your case, Everest shows higher CPU temperatures. Plus, and unlike your case, Everest also shows lower temperatures for the GPU than CPUID.
I have also used GPU-Z which only measures GPU temperature, and it agrees with CPUID. You could try getting GPU-Z and see if it agrees with your results, but since your "problem" is with CPU temperatures, I doubt it will help.

Just take the higher value; it's not like you can do anything about a difference of 5C anyways.
