    Hi Guys,

Will be getting my M17x in a few days and I was planning to use it as a Media Centre for playing my blurays. I just wanted to know if its possible to decode the DTS HD and Dolby True HD soundtracks on the Blurays on the M17x itself and output it as analogue 5.1 audio to my amplifier? Will the latest version of PowerDVD do it?

    Thanks

if you will be playing it on the laptop built in speakers you would not notice any diff. but if you output it to a 5.1 and 7.1 speakers you will get the latest clarity. and yes the latest power dvd support 5.1
