I want to order a $3000 alienware, but my damn credit card company wont increase my limit even though i have no debt on it. If I go through dell financial services will I be able to pay the whole thing off if I wanted to? When I search about dell financial services on google it seems that everyone says that they rip you off and it seems to me like its a bad idea to sign up with it

Can't you just choose a different payment option such as bank transfer?

DELL often has specials where there is no finance charge on systems for up to 24 months but generally 12 months. The payment they set up would be a minimum payment and paying more is not a problem but if you were to lock into an interest free period when you purchase it's in your best interest to pay it off within the period every system I have purchased has been paid off early.

dell dpa is great if you get on interest for 1 yr, and normally you get an extra 3% off for using it too.

I went through DFS, no problems here, 12months no interest, I will have it paid off in 11 months to avoid any charges.

I'm positive you can even pay it off the very first statement you get from them. They shouldn't care as long as theyre getting paid in time.

It is a credit card, no penalties for early payoff.
