    Can't create a new power plan or edit any drop down menu settings in alienware command center?

    I am running on windows vista professional 32 bit on an alienware area-51 m15x
    When i try to edit some settings in the command center i just keep left clicking but nothing happens. I am trying to edit what happens to my computer when i close the lid but nothing will drop down!!! I want to also create a new power plan but it won't let me even when i run as admin...
