    no release notes yet but many sites already have it and say its legit...AMD wont have the drivers till monday. So far people say it helps dual card performance...good for us m17 owners...im trying now

    get them from tech powerup..amd has a delay on release notes so they wont put them up till monday

    ive seen a nice boost in The Last Remnant...went from 96fps average in the benchmark to 113fps

    yeah found them they are now on my desktop and its not blue screening !!!! nice....how are they running on the m17?? i need my ssystem for work this till sunday so i cant take any changes with it for the next 2 days

    ok tried ati tray tools and amd gpu clock tool....no luck...im so shocked nvidia makes it so easy to overclock but we cant....why wont they update the OC software for us...WTHHHHHH...we are missing out on more performance and i have a good 10c of headroom untill my gpu's explode lol

    Lol. i am actually moving driver files around and doing alot of stuff to find out what made ati stop it. but so far no sucess. i didn't post anything because i am still stuck at square 1. i am think it is a java or VB code
    if device code ???? (ati 3870 mobility)
    then no overclock


    i know that was a bad written code but you get what i mean?

    Try GPUTool (Beta) (replacement for ATI Tool). I've tried it with my HD2600 in Win 7 and it's worked better than ATI Tool in both Vista and 7. Also, PM sent.

    Thanks Z, I did the mob mod and the drivers installed with crossfire working but I couldn't use CCC.

    I uninstalled the old drivers and used driversweeper too. I didn't specifically uninstall CCC. Did I even need to?

    Anyway, I too will appreciate it when you have a chance to get them to us.

    drop this in your inf. it is the settings for the 48xx series. and that overclocking tool works. i can overclock on 9.5 i am going to set a farcry2 record with this. i am 2fps away from johnksss and i was stock.

    At this point I'm not sure. I could right click and see CCC but it wouldn't open. When I removed everything and put factory drivers back CCC still wouldn't work so I had to do a restore. Now CCC works.

    -Has anyone else noticed how buggy NBR is getting lately? I couldn't even get the page to load last night.

    Same here, dude. It acts like it used to under the older drivers, as in, I crash if I OC too high. There's absolutely no gain though. Weird. All of the cons, and none of the pros. GPU-Z definitely shows that the clocks are being changed.

    yeah the temps do raise also. i haven't gotten a chance to experment with it though. i am going to see if i can break my fc2 record and if it stays the same then it isn't working right. i am going to try other drivers.

    the program is new. it is buggy but it seems to work.

    hmm...

    Try upping the PCI e bus frequency to 108-110mhz via setFSB. This would be the second slider (below the slider that controls the FSB frequency) and see if any changes take place.

    Also, try upping the core clock while leaving the memory alone to see if anything changes as well.
