    Chad, a Your Tech Team supervisor #2061xx was very rude and would not even try to help with my 5-month struggle trying to get my m11x working. He wanted me to try and "troubleshoot" over the phone on a problem that has been completely documented and parts replaced 4 times with even 1 trip to the depot.

    If you get him on the phone, just don't bother...

    Sigh Dell, I'm ready to give up on this...

    Try getting in touch with the Alienware reps here in the forums. They actually try to help you without making you feel stupid.
