    Is it possible to order a new Alienware name plate?

    I've been told you have to request it if you received it in error. Dell did not do my custom nameplate request so its kind of too late for me. Better luck next time...

    If your warranty is in place... they will.. ordered a custom one last week... getting it this week

    what do they charge for a new nameplate? well, the m11x's are so new that everyone is under warranty but what do they charge if u just want a different one...
