Im not asking for you to say something about Alienware's new
notebook (the m19x i dont know how you will call it) cause
i already know that Alienware will release something new but
when will Alienware realese those new notebooks with new
hardware included ???

Why do they call it a chat when the sellers does not answer to crushal

(flesh and bones included) it takes at least 3 minutes to answer to my
question when you saw that you ve comment something like "not allowed"
you quickly wrote that "We only have information on our current hardware."

He was typing a respone to my last question for about 30 seconds but he finally
choosed "Hang Up" to Disconnect...at least i ve tried booohahaha!
Info abstracted:
1. No New Notebooks...
2. Alienware will not drop the prizes...
3. I was talking to a well programmed script(flesh and bones included)...
4. No Purpose of chatting...

3) they won't know anything until few days before the new model come out, at this point, they know no more than we do.

First thing to note is that I do not work for a PC company (I cant even find a job)

But for them to tell you would not be good for there company. No PC maker will diclose that information because that is how companies stratigise.

 

I Couldnt agree more with you but i think that it wouldnt be funny otherwise he told that he was not "allowed" but he was saying to me that "he didnt know" thats the question i was looking for...we can now barelly understand.

2)Yeah, just a little...they use scripts so they can help more people since alot of people ask the same question. This way, they can concentrate their efforts on people who need help/more likely to buy something instead of people who are just trying to bug them.
3). Yep. Most Salesman/CS are usually the last people to know...
4). Yeah, it they are not helpful, then there is no need to continue the conversation.

BTW, this thread is now closed since there is no point to this thread and it will continue to degrade. If A CS agent discloses any info about a new product, then feel free to post it.
