When I got my m15x earlier today, it seemed to be in perfect condition. However, after 4 hours of use, I decide to swap the 6-cell batteries around (I bought 2). When I turned to have a look at the underside, I found that the service cover hadn't been installed properly, only 2 of 4 tabs on the service cover that slot into the holes were slotted in. This meant that there was a bit of a bulge as not all the tabs were in place. Can easily be remedied by getting a screwdriver and repositioning the service cover, instructions for which can be found here: http://4help.alienware.com/cgi-bin/alienware.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=5662&p_created=1194361541&p_sid=ehzzHX*i&p_accessibility=0&p_redirect=&p_lva=&p_sp=cF9zcmNoPTEmcF9zb3J0X2J5PSZwX2dyaWRzb3J0PSZwX3Jvd19jbnQ9NjgsNjgmcF9wcm9kcz0mcF9jYXRzPSZwX3B2PSZwX2N2PSZwX3NjZl9mYXFzKmM9JnBfcGFnZT0xJnBfc2VhcmNoX3RleHQ9c2VydmljZSBjb3Zlcg**&p_li=&p_topview=1
Not too big a deal, but worth a mention.
Just wondering, when your m15x s came, how many sheets of paper did the invoice comprise of, mine only came with 2 sheets, and I have a feeling I am missing another page. The file that comes with the laptop says that there should be a page about benchmarks, didn't receive it I think. Should I email them for another copy, if I am even correct in thinking I am missing a sheet?

mine came with two sheets. the only thing wrong with my bottom was that the name plate was blank.. all it had was my agent number on it??? but i'm not picky about that. i guess. i should get a replacement so that it's clearly labelled as mine though
