I have been looking for a way to access alienrespawn after doing a clean install of Windows and have read that the MBR is over-written and the systems ability to re-spawn is lost. My thought is to Use Norton Ghost to create a computer backup of the system before doing a clean install, then use that backup as a bridge to regain access to the F10 prompt at boot however I don't know if this would really work or if this is already common knowledge.

Haha, I just had this problem. However it seems to me that you reformatted your hard drive before doing a clean install, would this be correct?

Using Ghost Before wiping off your drive should work provided you use a drive to image backup and not a paritition to image backup

I used Gparted and had set the boot flag to the Respawn partition.
