I get a slight buzzing sound while playing crysis... but honestly rarely notice it because the speakers/fans/headphones are louder

I clicked here even though my puter doesn't go "eeeeeeee" under load o_O . Don't know why, maybe some sort of rebellious tick...

Oh, and let me know if you need some photoshop trickery on your avatar, the new one's (sorry to say) leaps and bounds better than the old one. ;)

its called GPU whine/CPU whine and several users have reported the issue and i wanted to know how wide spread it is. The electronic components emit a high frequency Whine like "eeeeee" lol

Stupid title i know but it makes you click on it ;)

    Mostly under heavy load though

lol, I know what it is, silly cow... I was referring to why I still clicked here, not the whine. I've heard it before, but I currently have to issues ;)

Coil noise is the official term and both SLI systems I've owned has had it. There are a few solutions out including using a hot glue gun on your GPU, lol. It doesn't bother me since I normally only hear it when running 3dmark.

The only time i hear this notebook whine is rarely when i start it, and it usually stops just a bit before windows load. Other than that no whining.

Noticied this during Crysis and World of WarCraft, didnt know this was a normal issue with SLI systems, my last system had a Single 7950GTX.
