I have a new m15x and when I open the command center the option for Touch has no information, just a picture of the little flying saucer. I have looked all around and I can't seem to get it to turn back on. The first day I had it I was able to change the sensitivity, but now it's gone. I may be dumb, but has anyone else had this problem and/or knows how to fix it? Thanks in advance..

Hello madparade7, you will want to try reinstalling this driver that is available from My Hive. There is a BIOS update for the m15x includes the Multimedia Board firmware update v41, which fixes this problem with those touch buttons. The update is available from My Hive as well and we need you to call in to run it.

    Enjoy your day!

It does this if you remove the synaptic touch pad drivers
