Depends on which notebook you intend to get!

The m15x and the m17x come equipped with AlienFX so you can change the lighting if you wanted.

quite so. on the m17, you don't have a command centre to my knowledge, but can change the color of the keyboard with a button, the available colors being blue, red, and green. the AW head stays blue.

Really ????? But I am sure the light could be programmed to change colors. Can anyone try my Standalone ColorWheel to verify this?

Also you can use command center on desktop PCs as well from AW.
