Just wondering, since the M15X has a separate fan for the CPU and GPU would it be considered better or equal to the Sager M860TU ??? I have read on the Sager forum of someone installing a Nvidia GTX 280M on a Sager M860TU. As you know I plan on doing the same thing to my M15X whenever the new video card comes in. Please let me know your thoughts on this. God Bless :)

as far as we know, the Sager's cooling system is more powerful than the m15x's, despite only having one fan. installing a GTX 280M in the m15x would be somewhat unwise, i'll have you know.

Does the M15X's BIOS even support the GTX280M?

No I dont think it does, Im wondering if the GPU slot configuration and room would allow for it either

Thanks for your concerns whizzo :), but did not people also say that about the Sager M860TU that it would be unwise to try the 280M and that it would fry the motherboard from all the heat, etc. I give kudos to that person for trying anyway. Again I will be trying it too on my M15X, my warranty is long gone, I will be the guinea pig. Now if only Eurocom would ship out my video card. It is coming up to be 2 weeks now. 2 weeks ago, my POC told me they were in stock, so I paid with my CC and even paid for NEXT DAY AIR service.
