I suspect its the part that says;
Multiplier X6.0 -
Should be 10.5 like every other T9600.

Yeap can confirm that the multiplier is 10.5
tonytoff probably took a screenshot while the laptop was in "idle mode" hence the downclocking. -

Its still showing as 6.0?? -
put some stress on it and watch it change.

oh I think I see what you mean! I just switched on Utorrent for a second and it flickered to 10.5
