I'd skip.. 9.12's are just around the corner and he seems to have learned from his 9.11 experience. Just bookmark it and check in after ATI releases 9.12's.

I've just installed over my own drivers without a single problem, about to test it. So it's a bit late to tell me not to bother
I couldn't be bothered to go through the whole process of uninstall > restart safe mode > driver sweeper > restart > install...so I just installed it. lol
I'm a bit sad that it doesn't have ATi Overdrive in it but I suppose that's a mobility problem more than anything. -
haha cool, just take them for a spin and tell the results then. I'm interested too!
9.12's need to come out though.. I'm using Dell's version and missing out on some of the new features (like the video encoding support and GPU support for the new Flash). 9.11's on the 4870s cause strange textures on the buildings for me in Borderlands which is what i'm into right now -

it's enable ... also , the 2nd card load flucuately. 10% 25% 20% 18% 24% something like should send back my alienware to dell for checkup
i slave card just kept on sleeping... is there any problem that i can lock the rate on each card!!! -

Do you have Catalyst AI set to Standard or Advanced?
The 2nd card won't be under significant load if the game doesn't use Crossfire well. (Which GTA4 doesn't)
It is NOT normal though that the second card always runs underclocked, far from normal. Should not happen.
Have you tried reinstalling drivers yet? -

@jameswlwong use driver provided by the manufacturer, in my case, i had to use the driver from alienware page to make the second card works @ 100%.
