DEFIANCE, Who plays?

So who plays? how does it run on you're alienware? do you like it the game?

 

Probably not the right forum for the question, but I care little about thsoe things.
I will tell ya that I played the alpha and beta on my modded r2 (with 7970m), and the game is not bad... but unfortunately, its not great either.
Graphics are decent, but nothnign makes oyu go WOW, that amaizing. The gameplay can get a little repetitive, and the sociual integration of the MMO is lacking... you dont feel like you ar eplaying with teammates... its feels a bit disjointed. Now, the r2 was able to run this at max settings, so if your concernts are about the machines capanilities... ti will run it jsut fine, but i say tehre are far better games out there unfortunately (cause I really wanted this gam to suceeed... but I jsut dont see that happening).

 

I have the game, runs perfect on my R2.

The graphics are about as good as a console and there are a lot of features lacking in a PC game setting wise. You can't edit any settings.. None at all, And game only runs at 60hz for some reason.

I enjoy it for Afew hours then have to have a break. The lack of team play in the game is annoying, no one communicates or anything which I hope will change after a planned patch.

Also as I'm wondering if any guys have this and have an Alienware system, this is the perfect place for this thread...

 

I have the game but no Alienware yet M17X is inbound though so will be playing with one when I travel. Currently playing through my gaming desktop with SLI GTX670.

Seems like there is zero social aspect in the game, i hope it improves, i've been enjoying it so far for mindless killing but like you said it gets boring. The quests get boring over time as well and the sound fx are horrible in the game. The ARK falls have been the funnest aspect of the game, but those only show up every once in awhile. I'm only EGO rating of 200 though.
