    Does anyone know if Dell will sell you an Alienware laptop cheaper/do a deal if you speak to a rep and order through the phone compared to on the website?

    For me it worked (I'm in Europe, don't know what country your from). I got 10% off by phoning Dell/AW sales dept. Allthough it's different in the US you got al sorts of coupon codes for discount. If you search around on NBR you'll find them.

    Currently there is no specific deal for you in the U.S but AFAIK you can always get something from the sale rep. Do not order it on the site!!! Call em or at least chat with em first. If you are not satisfied with the rep then hang up and make another call. You need to play a patience game.

    I suggest you start from 10% these days. The deeper the better but at least get from em 10% discount.

    i spoke to 8-10 reps before i bought mine (dell us) and none of them agreed to give me any discount. but maybe it's just my luck
