Hello All,
I need some help figuring out something!
I recently purchased an M17X r2 but had issues with it. I called Dell, complained and received some concessions on a reorder. I received a proc upgrade to 820QM, $150 coupon, 3yr adv for $199 and I went from 128ssd/500gb to dual 500gbs. However, even with these concessions my new system was $200 more than my old system....it doesn't add up. Both systems were on EPP with 10% discounts and 4% finance discount.
Any help appreciated!
