I am loving my little guy, but sometimes I wish the screen would be bigger when I am home. I am looking for something less than $200 and no 3D. Preferably something with no built-in speakers either. Anyone have any good monitor suggestions? Oh yeah, screen size about 21-23 Full HD with HDMI.

Have a look at this thread on Tom's: Best Gaming Monitor <$200? Recommendations? - New-System-Build - Homebuilt-Systems
It has some good recommendations within your budget. I can't vouch personally for any of them as I havent seen them up close and personal. If you are wanting "new" then you will pay a premium for it but if you arent bothered, maybe have a look on Ebay etc....I reckon you could pick up something like what I use .... UltraSharp U2410, which is fantastic. I just saw one on Ebay US that looked mint and it was at around $175 right now....another one to look out for would be the U2412 (no HDMI but has Displayport).....again, you could bag one cheaper if you didnt mind used.
If you like it and you are quick, there is a Alienware OptX AW 2210 and a UltraSharp U2412 on Dell Outlet USA right now for $199 and $279 respectively: Dell Factory Outlet -
I second the optix 22 inch. I have one at home, like it alot more than the optix 23 inch simply due to the fact that it has more input ports for video.
My only gripes with the optix lcds are the USB hub that built into it is very hard to get to (under the lcd tucked into a little pocket) and the lack of mic inputs.... it has a headphone input/output, but no mic input/output.
You can pick them up on ebay for around 100-150$
Decent Monitor for M14x
