    whats the average delivery time from order-delivery from ordering over the phone, and online and which one is faster?

    Not sure about delivery times but definately order over the phone, way faster processing. Also, I thought you had to wait until school time before you were gonna buy it, get a little too antsy to wait? ;P

    phone because the Rep puts it straight into the computer instead of having to clear over line

    saves about 2-3 days

    DPA account saves 1-2 days because payment is automatically accepted

    made a deal with my parents, i pay half now and get it, pay the rest as i get my pay checks. i wana get it before school so i have time to play with it xD

    i was supposed to get mine yesterday evening. it's already in singapore. the order status page says it's still in the manufacturing stage. although, the sales rep already informed me in advance that the online tracking wasn't working well - but she was referring to the dell-alienware restructuring. for AWs, it may be more "off the mark" than for other dell products. /ducks
