Does anybody have a contact at Dell who does customer sales? I'm trying to have a chat with an online sales rep, to see if they have any extra deals, or anything that they can add to sweeten the pot.

Everyone I've chatted with so far has been 12 time zones away and simply reads dialogue off their screen. It's like talking to drones. Annoying.

You'll have to actually call them to get the best deals.

Yeah, I finally managed to find somebody who was somewhat competent. But they can't really give you any great deals. Best I could get was combine the $150 coupon with a 2% affiliate discount.
