Hi guys, slight problem, Dell has charged me twice for the M15X laptop and I called their customer support team but they said they charged me only once...But I called my bank and clearly they charged me twice and the bank confirms it.

Does anyone know the number for the finance department of Dell in the UK or some sort of number to help me sort this situation out?

    Thank yoU!

PS I live in the UK

Can the bank give you an kind of authorization numbers or anything that you can give to Dell to sort it out?

Sometimes the best way to resolve something like this is to get both parties (Dell and bank) on a three way call. That way they can bicker back and forth while you sit there, listen, and laugh as they try to pin fault on each other.

Are they still showing as pending? That happened to me and one just went away the next day.

I think they "reserve" the sum once you order to make sure it's available when they actually charge your account for payment.

But the thing is I have been debited twice for the same sum, so its not even reserved, its just gone from my account, a sum of over $4500!! lol
