I am in Russia and I need to buy a new motherboard for my Area 51 and I would like the email address for either Tech Support in Russia or America.

The short story is I have broken the socket off the motherboard for the Tobi Eye Tracker and I need to buy another motherboard but this where it starts to get messy. I bought the computer in Australia but I am now working in Russia so when I contacted Tech Support using SupportAssist and I explained the situation their response was call this Russian number. Well the number was incorrect and doesn't work so I asked again for the email address. The response was another Russian Number and the American Tech Support phone number. Well I am 8 time zones away from Moscow and I would much prefer to email them or even the American Support site but I don't want to be calling American Tech Support from Russia.

Does anyone have the email address for the Russian Tech Support or a contact in Dell that might be able to help me out?

Also Support Assist is reporting a Hardware Issue but I can't seem to work out how to see what that issue is. Is there any way to see what the Hardware issue is without contacting Tech Support?

The connector should be easy to repair/solder a new one, instead of buying a whole new motherboard for such a minor thing..
