    When are you all receiving your gift cards after ordering? I should have a 200 GC and a 5% GC coming. I would just like to know for purchase planning. Thanks!

    It's supposed to be 10-20 days but I'm not sure how true that is. It might just be bad luck but mine are taking far longer to the point where I had to get customer service involved (yet still haven't received either!). I'd be interested to know if others are getting them.

    Its 10-20 days from the day your machine shipped. I got it around the 13th business day after my machine shipped.

    Lucky, it's been 31 days since my laptop arrived and I'm just now being told I should receive the card this week :(. And I don't know whether she meant the Advantage one or the other Dell one since I haven't gotten either. Ugh! I'm really glad to hear that other people got them, though, gives me hope :).

    When I called them they wouldn't help, said I had to call the EPP people. Which I did but...no giftcard still :(. I'm hoping at least one of them comes tomorrow.

    I was told by an American sales rep that i would recieve both the 200 and 5% giftcard combined into one all at once after 10-20 days. Its been like 8 days since mine shipped but im not sure weekends count. But remember you just have to be patient because giving out giftcards probably is not high on their "to-do" list.

    I was being patient but if they say 10-20 days, I wouldn't think it would take over a month, you know? My original order was May 12th. It's not a huge deal to me, just a bit annoying since I had so many other issues by ordering through this rep :(.
