    I've got a motherboard showing shipped and the carrier is listed as "DDU". I've tried USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx using the tracking number, but no results or it shows as invalid?

    Who's the shipper?

    DDU stands for Delivered Duty Unpaid and is the opposite of CPT, Carriage Paid To.

    Thanks, but I had already Googled the various definitions. What I'm trying to find out is what *carrier* Dell uses so I can track my package, which is coming to me over here to fix my dead for 51 days M18x.

    It depends on where you live, here in latin american for example its Kuene & naghel (something like that), and I have to say that the tracking information its very very bad.... it takes 2 days to appear in their system, and some events take 8 hours to update, dell send me the email that my system was already shipped.... I read that email in my new AW that in theory was shipped that day :p

    @Jacker60

    Been doing that for the last few days on tracking number # 4200935494055102 for FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS. No records.

    UPS tracking always starts with a "1Z", so it's not that one.
