    I had brought 10 xbox 330 GTA V and it advertise that I will get 25.00 promotional gift card per game.
    now I try to find out why they haven't shipped my Promotional gift card total of $250.00 .
    They are a scammer .

    I believe that's why they did not send it, have you tried talking via phone with customer service? They may be able to explain you better.
