Dell screwed up my order again. 2nd time.

Dell screwed up my order again this is the 2nd time. i called up the 3rd customer rep.... she gave me $50 gift card, $40 discount, free shipping, 7% epp.

now what can i use with the $50 dell gift card? hummm?????

and how come all the women dell rep are soo nice to me , and men dell reps are jerks?

im looking at my new invoice now and the lady took off taxes as well.

im very grateful now, i double checked the new configuration.
also my configuration this time was $2,786 +tax +free shipping
after discounts im getting with free shipping is 2,270.79 same configuration its a nice savings.
the lady got her supervisor to takeoff my sales tax.

And yes I've found that too... the female reps are much easier to get a deal with.

im sending out the pms now make sure you tell her that one of her customer referred you guys. ask nicely for the discounts....remember be nice and she'll give you really good price on m17x that you cant find it on dell.com. the tax wrote off was because i explain it to her that dell has been screwing my order up and i had to ask if she could nicely do this thing for me. She did it without supervisor approval it seems... i thought it was illegal but what the hell.

 

Well, hoping she works past 5 PM CST, I'll get in touch with her and then let you all know how it goes...if not, I've got a quote already done and in the bag for one of the July specials with a 1200p screen upgrade....

Sorry guys, but I am heading back to uni in Europe at the end of August and the only way to get it shipped here to me in the states before that is to place the order today, and as the reps don't usually seem to work weekends, someone else will have to try....unless you know her working days Warcraft?
