Never met nor come across Bill's posts. I'm a late comer but in general AW support and active responses is awesome.
I've only had one time as my most recent which had a little objectionism which they conceded to before I went completely fight-the-fight mode. Still they've been the best to deal with and love seeing their activity on community forums like NBR here. -
