    Did Alienware repair my system?

    This was the 2nd time sending in my M15x back to Alienware for repair. The first time if you are curious to know was because the stealth button did not work and they ended up sending it back to me the exact same way. They either forgot or got confused when I told them I also wanted to upgrade my processor...

    This time I sent it in because the hinges in the back of my M15x were opening, and I told them to fix the stealth button because last time they didnt... I hope they fixed both either way I will know in about 2 days.

    If this helps I sent in mine when I bought one last year and they sent it back with the same broken speakers and lifting plastic, it was a bad experience to say they least however I did get the return fee waived, which is good :)
