    could anyone tell me if this is normal or not for the disc temp. to get upto 126f
    not played any games for over an hour now and then it was only at 117 degrees farenite. now im only brousing the forum and the fans are on super fast take off mode. :eek:
    just gone upto 127f while writing this post.

    those temps are normal. thats only around 52 C. just try to hope that it doesnt start increasing bit by bit

    52C is a little on the high side I think. Mine runs around 40C, but then that may depend upon the type and manufacturer of the drive.

    doesnt the m15x run a bit hotter than the m9750?

    it got upto 127f / 53c last night.
    i still cant work out why this software says its the unregistered version when it has been registered. also it doesnt load on startup but the box is ticked for it to do so.
    ive come to the conclusion- i hate vista.

    MrDJ, what software is that? I did a google 'disk information' as the application has in the title bar and came up with a million+ hits ;)

    60-65 would be on the high side for a drive. 52 is well within normal, I say.
