Does anyone know any way to get a discount, if you live in the UK? I rang up AW to enquire about the student discount, which I was told is not available. So I asked about any other discounts and I was told that none are available for European customers. Surely there must be a way to get a discount, living in the UK?

Nope, no discounts in the EU. Also the prices are 30-50% higher.

If the prices are similiar to the ones in Sweden you'd actually save money (granted that you want a high-end setup) by flying to the US (budget ticket ofc) and buying it there and then fly home.
