    Do Alienware come with matte screens?

    Seems like some reviews mentions a matte screen, can anyone confirm? I'm interested in both models actually, but I need the screen to be matte, not glossy.

    No, the All Powerful models do not. Not sure on previous gen/models.

    even if it WAS, theres a sheet of lexan over the M15x anyways which makes it glossy.

    the previous m15x was matte with 1920 x 1200 option unfortunately this option is not available on the newest models.

    I've never been a big fan of the glossy displays. Luckily the LED on the M15x is really bright to combat the highly reflective surface, but if you don't want to use maximum brightness (for battery use per se) then you have very little situations other then darkness where the screen isn't a nuissance.
