    With an Advanced warranty, do you have to pay to ship it up to Alienware? Just wondering.

    Yep, and in case they can't detect the error and need to examinate the system further they will pick it up at your door.

    Does anyone recommend, or have experience with, the Dell CompleteCare option (service/replacement in case of drops, spills, etc)? I was offered to upgrade from the basic 1 yr warranty to that one for $238.00 (even though I already have my system).

    I'm curious about this too. Has anyone dropped their notebook on the ground, shattered it and had a new one sent to them?
